Orientation Programme- Day 4 (22/08/23)

The following speakers addressed the freshers today.

●Dr. Shelly Asstt.Prof. Management.

Mr. Bikrampal Singh dwelt on the role of Training and Placement Cell in mentoring students to face the situations during, interviews, group discussions etc.

Mr. Tejinderpal Singh acquainted the students with Microsoft Excel and explained through demonstration various functions of Excel.

Mr. R. S. Chatha, Retd.Chief Lead Manager addressed the freshers on Career Guidance and informed them about the facilities offered by banks.He spoke about PM Mudra Yojana which has been launched to help men and women start their own businesses and enterprise.

Dr. Meenakshi Sharma addressing the students said that Digital Platforms play an important role in our day to day life. Educational digital platforms play an important part in learning today as many Educational platforms offer different kinds of studies online and free. Anybody can benefit out of it. She specifically mentioned SWAYAM NPTEL of which Global Group of Institutes is the local partner.

Dr. Shelly acquainted the freshers with the importance of Business Environment . She told about the surroundings of the business establishment and internal and external environment of any business.
