Mr. Vikram Bhardwaj

spoke on,”Role of Behaviour in Effective Communication”. He laid stress on positive attitude and dress sense in addition to communication. He said, “Behaviour is the most important part of communication”.

Prof. D. S. Bhabra spoke on motivation and advised the students to set goals and work with single minded devotion to achieve these goals.

Ms. Jyoti, a leading HR professional working for a reputed organisation and an alumni of Global Institutes spoke on,”Career Growth & Professional Development” Her address revolved around Goal Setting , Active and Attentive Listening, Improving Language, Communication Skills and Balanced Lifestyle .

Col. Sudhir Behal, Dean Training and Placement, apprised the students about the important role played by the department in turning “Students into Professionals “. He elaborately explained to them as to how the Training and Placement Cell extends active guidance and hone their overall personality by holding regular interactions with leading professionals.
