BAKERY, COCKTAIL & MOCKTAIL COMPETITION

The Department of Hotel Management organized a Bakery, Cocktail & Mocktail Competition on 23rd January 2026, themed around Republic Day.

Students from the first, second, and third years participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing their skills in bakery arts and mixology. Their presentations reflected creativity, precision, and a high level of professionalism.

The competition was judged by Chef Shyam Giri (CDP, Hyatt Regency, Amritsar), who highly appreciated the students’ creativity, presentation, and technical competence. He emphasized the significance of discipline, innovation, and consistency in shaping industry-ready professionals and encouraged the participants to strive for excellence in their careers.

At the conclusion of the competition, one team was declared the winner, while two teams secured runner-up positions. Trophies and certificates were awarded in recognition of their outstanding performance.
