The Department of CSE/IT/AI & ML organized an industry-oriented seminar on “Training Opportunities & Professional Development” for students on 17 March 2026 in the college auditorium.
The objective of the seminar was to create awareness about various training opportunities and career growth in the software industry.
The session was delivered by Mr. Sham, Software Developer at Solitaire Infosys, who shared valuable insights drawn from his 16 years of industry experience. He elaborated on various training opportunities tailored for students, including specialized industry training programs for second-year students and an intensive six-month training program for third-year students.
Mr. Sham also provided an overview of the company’s products and services, highlighting its achievement of successfully completing more than 15,000 projects.
During the session, an Aptitude Test was conducted to identify deserving students and offer them suitable training opportunities.
Overall, the seminar proved to be highly informative and beneficial. It provided students with meaningful exposure to industry expectations, skill enhancement pathways, and diverse career opportunities in the software domain.
