The Department of Management organized an industrial visit on 1st October 2022 for MBA-students to PARAS SPICES PVT. LIMITED (ORIKA SPICES), MOGA.
It is a regular feature at Global Institutes to organise such industrial visits for the students for giving practical exposure to them.
PARAS SPICES PVT. LIMITED (ORIKA SPICES), mainly focuses on the manufacturing of spices for B2B and B2C customers.
Faculty members Mr. Sunny Khanna and Ms. Harpreet Kaur accompanied the students.
Hr Manager Mr. Rohit and Production Manager, Mr. Avinash explained about the production of different spices used in different products such as Maggi Noodles Masala, Seasoning, Chicory and their own brand “ORIKA SPICES”.
They elaborated on the different stages of the manufacturing process and gave live demo.
In the end Mr. Rohit (Hr manager) answered the queries of the students.
The students thanked the Officials of the Company for sparing their valuable time out of their very busy schedule.
They gained first-hand experience of the manufacturing process and this visit proved very useful as it provided valuable knowledge to the students.
