Elite Club of Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities organized Diwali Fest on 20th Oct, 2022.

There were three events:-

1) Dum charades

2) Mahendi Competition and

3) Fireless Cooking

The students were very much excited for all the events.

Dumb charades is

a word Guessing game where the participants make a team among themselves and are given the title of a movie and they see to guess it through miming. One person is to give the gestures and the other two will guess the title.

Mahendi is an art Designs vary from region to region and have different meanings for each culture.

Fireless cooking not only teaches cooking to children but also teaches some valuable skills of life. This encourages students creativity, thinking and problem solving skills.

With this the students improve their knowledge of basic skills like measuring, counting and following the instructions.

Students from B. Tech (1st Sem) participated in large number.

The activity was a grand success.

It was organized by the student Coordinators Sujit, Simlan, Tejinder snd Dipander.

Winners of Fireless cooking were:

First Position Eva and Abheet(BTECH CSE).

Second Position Mansewak and Sachin(BTECH CSE).
