Department of Fashion Design Department organised an Activity on Visual Display Board.

A visual display activity was conducted by the Fashion Design students in the Pattern Making Lab to enhance the learning atmosphere and provide an informative reference space for pattern making concepts. The importance, objectives, and guidelines of the activity were explained to the students on 05-02-2026, encouraging them to create an educational and visually attractive display board.
Students worked with dedication and creativity to prepare charts, diagrams, and illustrations related to pattern making tools, measurement charts, pattern symbols, drafting techniques, and garment construction basics. The display board was arranged neatly and systematically to ensure easy understanding and quick reference during practical sessions.
Objectives of the Activity:
• To promote teamwork, coordination, and collaborative learning among students.
• To create an organized and systematic lab display for better academic support.
• To strengthen students’ practical learning through activity-based education.
The students successfully completed the display work today, showcasing excellent teamwork, discipline, and presentation skills. The activity not only improved the overall appearance of the laboratory but also strengthened students’ technical knowledge through learning by doing.
