Global Group of Institutes, Amritsar celebrated the Legacy of Excellence in education on completion of fifteen years of its establishment on 19th June 2023.

Dedicated to the cause of imparting quality education to the students, the Global Group has taken long strides in its journey of excellence.

The journey started on 19th June, 2008 with an avowed aim of providing holistic education and it has treaded a distinguished and fantastic path in the last decade and a half by establishing itself as a centre for excellent learning and being the only technical institute in the region to be accredited with NAAC A+ Grade.

The institute takes legitimate pride in its achievements over the past 15 years with its students excelling in education, sports and extra-curricular activities at University, State and National levels.

The day was marked with cake cutting after the recitation of Shri Sukhmani Sahib paath and Ardas for the well being of all the students, faculty and the other members associated with the running of the Institute.

Chairman Dr. B. S. Chandi and Vice Chairman Dr. Akashdeep Singh Chandi led all the stakeholders in celebrating the day . The veterans who were part of the journey at the time of inception recounted their experiences of their stay at the Institute.

Prof B D Sharma, Director Admissions explained in brief the history of 15 years as he is associated with Global Institutes since it’s inception in 2008.

Former colleagues who were present on the occasion included Dr. A S Uppal, Dr N S Bhalla, Mr Virk, Mr R P Vaachas, Dr Rajesh Goel, Prof SK Arora, Dr Maninder Singh, Mr D S Bhamra, Prof Pawan Kumar and Mr Manohar Lal.

Dr. Akashdeep Singh Chandi dwelt on glorious sojourn of the Institute while commemorating the 15th Anniversary on 19th June 2023.

He said that the management is proud of the achievements of the past 15 years. He said that beginning in 2008 and steadily establishing itself as a leading educational institution of the region today ,we are proud of our past laurels and shall always endeavour to work towards achieving still greater heights in future.

He profusely thanked the now retired seniors who worked hard to establish the Institute and navigated its voyage to academic excellence.

Dr M S Saini, Campus Director, said that looking back on this marvelous journey with gratitude, we are immensely proud of achieving many milestones and shaping futures, nurturing talents and inspiring generations.

Dr. Navjot Kaur, Dr. P. K. Sharma Dean Students Welfare, Dr. Sanjeev Saini Dean Academics, Col. Sudhir Behal Dean Training and Placement, Prof. Amit Hasija Dean HMCT , Principal Charanjit Singh HOD’s , faculty and staff were present during the celebrations.

On this occasion, a Chabeel of cold water was also arranged for the general public.
